Devin Mondie

Co-Owner

Devin Mondie is one of the co Owners of Knight Life Protection established in 2023. He began his career in the hospitality industry, working as a security guard at top tier establishments downtown Broadway Nashville. Working alongside other co owner of Knight Life Protection his partner Matt Meadows. Over the past 8 years, Devin has worked multiple leadership and manager roles throughout his career specializing in crowd management, building operations, situational awareness, communication, and critical thinking. With a focus on professionalism, customer service, teamwork, and character. Devin continues to lead by example—ensuring every member of the Knight Lie Pro team is trained, vetted, and equipped to complete every job at an elite level. Upholding the clients standards as well as his companies standards and policies.

Matt Meadows

Co-Owner

Matt Meadows is the one of the Owners of Knight Life Protection, a professional security company specializing in Bars, Venues, Transportation and Event Security. Matt brings 11 years of experience and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.  Before establishing the Knight Life Protection in 2023, Matt worked as and oversaw security teams within multiple venues on Broadway in Nashville, as well as being part of the venue’s management teams. During these years, he had the privilege to work will many different prominent figures ranging from artists to athletes and actors when they visited his venues.

Winston Kearny

Project Manager

With over 12 years of experience in the security and transportation industries, Winston Kearney is a highly skilled professional specializing in armed security and luxury transportation driving. Holding certifications as an Armed Security Guard and an F-Endorsed Commercial Driver, Winston combines professionalism, vigilance, and customer-focused service to deliver exceptional safety and comfort on every assignment.

Throughout his career, Winston has built a strong reputation within the nightlife and luxury transportation sectors, providing discreet, reliable, and secure services for high-profile clients and venues. Known for his situational awareness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, he ensures that every client receives a first-class experience grounded in safety, respect, and confidentiality.
